Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already been processed and shipped, the cancellation request cannot be honored, and you will need to follow our standard return process outlined below.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We recommend checking your order status in your account dashboard or contacting us directly to confirm whether your order is still eligible for cancellation.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing of the refund depends on your payment provider's processing times.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received a gift and want to return it, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit to the original purchaser.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and details about your refund request.

For returns that are lost in transit, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we can only process refunds for items we actually receive.
